GDPR & Privacy Rights

Last updated: October 8, 2026

This page provides information about requesting access to, correction of or deletion of personal information connected with iBidElectric services. The rights available depend on the law that applies and the circumstances of the request.

Information connected with your use of the services

Account and membership features handle information you provide when registering or purchasing access. Forms and support tickets handle the information you submit, such as your name, email address and request details. Website hosting and enabled services may also process technical information needed to operate their features.

Estimating data and AI features

Locally saved estimating work is stored in the browser on your device. Use the application export function to retain a backup. When you submit a question to AI Help, the question, relevant chat context and active tab name are sent to the AI service. Drawings and estimate values are not automatically attached to that help question. Separate AI extraction tools can send the drawing content you submit for processing. Do not include sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for your request.

Privacy rights

Where the GDPR applies, rights may include access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, subject to the conditions and exceptions in the law. When processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. You may also complain to the relevant data protection authority.

Make a request

Please contact iBidElectric or use Contact iBidElectric Support in the application help window. Use the subject “Privacy request,” identify the account email and explain what you want to access, correct or delete. Do not send your password, payment-card number or identity documents in your initial message.

We may need to verify your identity before releasing or changing account information. A request to delete information may affect access to services. Legal or recordkeeping obligations can limit what may be deleted. Requests are reviewed under the applicable law.
